This is a superb upgrade on the hugely successful Deluxe cassette headrail, a firm favourite with the trade and retail alike as it has proved itself to be a quality, trouble free, all rounder.
The Deluxe Mk2 includes the following improvements:
Heavier duty Aluminium profile
No separate locking collar, it is now incorporated into the chain drive
Quick change for different colour chains
No locking screws on the cord drops as automatic friction locks are fitted in each cord drop.
No more awkward lever lock on the brackets as the Deluxe 2 has a new Quick-click low profile bracket system.
All of the above improvements add up to a real time saving solution and at no extra cost!
The Deluxe-2 is Ideal for light to heavy Roman blinds and also for fitting in reveals as the mechanism is concealed within the headrail. It is available in component, kit and made-up headrail only form.
The cord drops have sufficient cord for 340cms drops although the rod & tape packs in the standard kits only have enough rods etc for 260cms.
The made-up headrails and kits are supplied with a 1:1 ratio standard chain drive, suitable for blind weights of up to 3kg.
For weights up to 6kg a heavy duty chain drive with a 1:4 gear ratio and extra universal brackets are available,
For an even smarter look purchase a brass nickel, or chrome chain ring.
Widths can be cut to size with a junior hacksaw.
Drops can be adjusted by using the correct amount of fibre glass rods for the window up to 2.6m.
Kits Include: Length of aluminium track with end stops, hook and loop tape, brackets, 2.6m cord drops, sidewinder and white plastic chain with 175cm drop, fibreglass rods with plastic end caps, ivory rod tape, rings and flat bottom aluminium bar with plastic end caps and full instructions.
Care should be taken when cutting. For best results wrap fibre glass rods with tape at point of cutting.
