Tac-Flex is a Velcro equivalent fastener. Supplied separately in two halves - Hook side and Loop side. Used for fixing curtains, valances, swags and tails and blinds to pelmet boards. Sew the loop tape to the back of the curtain or top treatment (alternatively use the loop-back gather or pencil machine tape) and staple the hook tape around the edge of the pelmet board or blind batten. See The Encyclopaedia of Curtains pages 202 and 228 for fixing examples.
