Important Delivery and Tracking Information
All orders received by 12.00 noon, on a normal working day (Mon - Fri), will be dispatched the same day. We also usually dispatch orders received between 12.00 noon and 4.30 pm on the same working day, but this is not guaranteed, (all above subject to stock availability.)
All orders are sent out by City Link on a next-working-day delivery service. This service delivers to you anytime between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
If you will not be in to receive your delivery and would like your order to be left on your premises, or accepted by a neighbour, then please enter your special delivery instructions in the box provided at checkout.
If you do not give any special delivery instructions, then your order must be signed for at the delivery address on the consignment; please ensure that someone is there to sign for your order.
Information about the orders we have dispatched in the day will be entered on the City Link website www.city-link.co.uk from 07.00pm to10.00 pm on the day of dispatch.

click on track parcel
enter the order number stated on your internet order confirmation in the customer reference box
press search
the system will then tell you the progress of your parcel, after dispatch
