As part of our service, we will accept back for a full product refund any product (except bespoke cushions and made-to-measure bay poles), received from us, that you are not satisfied with for any reason.

Simply return them to us, in the same condition that you received them, properly packaged to avoid damage, for a full refund of the goods value.
