| VALANCES 2 X FULLNESS A general heading fullness suitable for most machine heading tapes. Some tapes have a looped surface that can be fixed directly to the hook side of Velcro. Valances fitted with Velcro to the front edge of pelmet boards or valance rails have a smart taut appearance.
