| VALANCES 21/2 X HEADING FULLNESS Valances can have more fullness in them than the accompanying drapes/curtains. This fullness is suitable for most decorative headings especially hand box-pleated valances (although some machine tapes require 3 x fullness) and smocked-headed valances.
